Last night we carved our pumpkins. My favorite part of pumpkin carving is getting out as many seeds as I can and making pumpkin seeds. I don’t do anything fancy but my family loves them so I thought I would share my pretty basic recipe, so here ya go!
Rinse pumpkin seeds in a colander
Spread seeds on a baking sheet and let sit overnight
Melt 1/2 stick of butter and drizzle over seeds
sprinkle with salt (I am pretty generous with this)
Toss the seeds to coat evenly
Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes.
